Kibble is both toxic and nutrient deficient

Your dog’s body is a living terrain—think rich soil that should grow steady energy, clear skin, and smooth digestion.

Unfortunately, kibble is full of high-heat processed carbs, damaged proteins and cheap fillers. It shouldn’t really even be considered food. Its for sure not neutral – it causes both toxicity and deficiencies in your dog.

First, the toxin side. Kibble acidifies the gut which changes the body’s ph balance.  The body sees it for exactly what it is—an unwelcome environmental toxic soup—and immediately starts working to push the junk out. That cleanup effort is why you often see your dog itching, have looser stools, and low-energy that vets sometimes shrug off as “normal for the breed.”

But there is more:  kibble doesn’t just contain toxins. Because of its poor nutrient status, it also creates deficiencies. The body is trying to detox while running short on the very nutrients needed for repair, digestion, and everyday function.

You are told that your dog just has “allergies” or a “sensitive stomach.” But in reality, your dog is doing its best to handle an everyday environmental toxin while missing key building blocks.

Tomorrow we’ll look at what you can do to cut off this toxin supply and starts rebuilding your dog’s healthy terrain. 🧡
